Nautibeach Condos Owner’s Rental Pool offers two bedroom Regular condos, two bedroom Veranda condos, a Studio and a Single room.
Your own balcony compliments your beautiful two bedroom condo and together offers a space for recharging your spirit, watching masterpiece sunsets, planning your next day, or doing nothing.
Nautibeach Condos offers the perfect island retreat, with an emphasis on superior and friendly personal service.
We’re only A Breeze Away!
Each Regular or Veranda condo features a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, living room, a split bathroom with a large tiled shower, a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a full and a twin bed. We also offer a condo with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed and bunk beds in the second bedroom. All condos have a balcony with patio furniture for four people and face the ocean with an ocean, garden or pool view. The Veranda condos have windows on three sides and a two sided wrap around deck.
All condos have:
- Central air conditioners, Ceiling fans, Safes,
- Wall mounted hair dryer,
- Internet WI-FI,
- CD/DVD/VCR players
Every condo is within steps of the onsite swimming pool, the onsite restaurant-Sunset Grill, the beach and within walking distance of all activities.
Our onsite English speaking staff is available to assist you. We provide 24 hour onsite security.
Rates Include:
- All taxes. Daily maid service with the exceptions of Christmas and New Year’s Day,
- All bedding and towels,
- Purified water,
- Beach towels (in the office),
- Front desk service from 8 A.M. - 8 P.M. Monday - Saturday and 9 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Sunday. English speaking staff.
Condo Facts:
- The electrical current is 110/220 – the same as in the U.S. and Canada. An adaptor is not necessary.
- All condos are privately owned and, as such, are decorated to the owners’ preference.
- There is a No-Smoking and No Pet policy in all the condos. Smoking is allowed only on the patios. Ashtrays are supplied.
All condos in the Owners’ Rental Pool have the following:
- Kitchen – microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, full-size refrigerator and 2-burner cook top. They do not have an oven.
- Living room with TV for use with the DVD/CD Players/VHS. TVs do not receive transmission of local stations. VHS tapes and DVDs are available in the office for your use at no charge.
- Our condos, pool side bar and onsite restaurant offer Wi-Fi for our guests use at no charge. Please make sure that your laptop is Wi-Fi compatible and set up properly.
- Master bedroom – at minimum a queen-size bed.
- Second bedroom – most condos have a double and a twin bed. A few condos have two twin beds or a full bed and a set of bunk beds.
- Bathroom – Split bath with vanity divided from the toilet and shower. Hair dryers are supplied.
- Balcony that faces the ocean, garden, restaurant – with table and 4 chairs.
